Legacy Builders Construction is a construction and rehab company out of Philadelphia who specialize in service, details and building lasting partnerships. The companies background is buying older houses and fixing them up to sell. We have helped to enhance neighborhoods in West Oak Lane, Olney, Germantown and West Philadelphia. In the beginning Anthony was hiring General Contractors to run his projects but one of three things were consistent.

  • They charged a lot of money, which was not worth it.
  • Their work were sloppy
  • They cared more about the paycheck than what I wanted done.

I decided that because I had a better leadership background and training that I should become my own G.C. I started G.C-ING  my own projects and soon after my neighbors and even people living in and or customers who were buying my home started asking me to do their home or partial home renovations. Since then I’ve been very selective in ehat projects we take on.  We have been in business since 2017.
